I. Here we set out our privacy policy which will govern the way in which we process any personal information that you provide to us when you visit or make a purchase from (called the “Site”).

II. The data administrator is BRO ENTERPRISE sp. z o.o. located in Toruń.

The Administrator ensures the security of the transferred data and the implementation of Users’ rights resulting from the RODO Regulation (REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The User has the right to access their personal data and rectification or request their complete deletion (if it is not contrary to the law) or restrict the right to process their personal data – for this purpose you can use the functions in the user account data update program or please send a request (e.g. to the e-mail address provided) specifying the request for changes or deletion of data from the register. The ADMINISTRATOR may refuse to delete the User’s data only in cases specified by applicable law, in particular if the User has not paid all amounts due to the ADMINISTRATOR.

III. The service provider is the data administrator of his clients. This means that if you have an Account on our site, we process your data as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.

The Service Provider is also the administrator of people subscribed to


newsletter and people subscribed to the webinar.

Personal data is processed: a. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, c. to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or to terminate it, and to properly implement the Services provided electronically, d. to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject

We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent of the need to seek possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.

The service provider does not share personal data with other entities than authorized on the basis of applicable law.

We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of possible data security breaches.

Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by the processor with whom we work closely.

IV. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law and their storage takes place on secured servers. Providing personal data, as well as consent to their processing are completely voluntary. All personal data provided to us are processed only to the extent and purpose for which the CUSTOMER agreed. In the event that the CUSTOMER does not provide the data necessary to perform the order and does not agree to their processing, it may not be possible to complete the order.

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, time zone, IP addres, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We call this automatically collected information as “Device Information.”


To collect Device Information we use the following technologies:
– “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

– “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

– “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. This will enable us to identify your computer, track your behaviour on our website and to identify your particular areas of interest so as to enhance your future visits to this website. We may use cookies to collect and store personal data and we link information stored by cookies with personal data you supply to us. Save for the use of cookies, we do not automatically log data or collect data save for information you specifically provide to us. You can set your computer browser to reject cookies but this may preclude your use of certain parts of this website.

VII. Each user can change the settings for cookies in the browser used by him, including completely disable the possibility of saving them. If the user does not disable the possibility of saving cookies from different websites, it means in practice that he agrees to save them and store them on the computer.

The User may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser he uses.

It should be noted that the Cookies technology is used by hackers to infect computers and introduce malicious software. The Cookies technology, which is to ensure proper communication with the website server, is used in this case contrary to its intended use. Protection against such an attack as well as other forms of hacking attempts should always be primarily a good anti-virus program.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including arranging for shipping, processing your payment information and providing you with invoices or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We will use your information for the purpose of providing you with information about our services, articles and news, fulfilling orders placed by you, processing any other transactions authorised or made by you with us, informing you of special offers and providing other marketing information to you which we think you may find of interest, undertaking product or customer research/development.

Personal data are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

XI. Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user expressly consented to this by completing the form. The above data is retained and used only for the needs necessary to perform a given function.

In order to perform the contract and deliver the ordered products and send correspondence to the customer, the data may be provided to: Poczta Polska or a selected courier company.

XII. Personal data is processed only for the period necessary to perform the contract:

– sales documents – for the period required by the accounting regulations,

– address data – until the warranty or guarantee period expires – whichever is longer;

– e-mail address used to send an information bulletin – for the period of validity of the user’s consent; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

The following provisions may be curtailed or disallowed by the laws of certain jurisdictions. In such case, the terms hereof are to be read as excluding or limiting such term so as to satisfy such law.


Despite the fact, that we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the website, we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses. Thus, you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information or images from this website.
